You have been selected from many applicants for admission to this outstanding educational institution. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of educational experiences. You will be expected to take full responsibility for your learning and achievement. Why not decide to study diligently and become a member of the National Junior Honor Society (for 7th and 8th grades)? Students in grades 5 and 6 may strive to join the National Beta Honor Society. Our motto, "whom much is given, much is required", should be your guiding force every day. I am expecting you to be a Schuyler student in every way. Take the opportunity to make a difference in our school community. Become a member of the Principal's Club for service learning. Our Student Government, the Red and Blue Club, the School Safety Squad, the Library Club and other various mentoring activities provide school service credit, which will look quite impressive on your high school application. We provide a rich curriculum in the fine and performing arts. If you have questions about admissions to the orchestra, band, chorus, drama, dance, visual arts and other elective programs, contact the assistant principal assigned to your grade.
